Health Trailbook’s original application and website code, visual design, documentation, graphics, written content, report layouts, product identity, and related materials are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual-property laws.

Customer information

Customers retain ownership of the journal entries, photographs, recordings, attachments, reports, and other content they create or upload. CPW Studio Co receives only the limited processing rights described in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Permitted use

A valid Health Trailbook membership permits personal use of the service during the paid access period. It does not transfer ownership of the software or permit copying, republication, resale, sublicensing, reverse engineering, automated extraction, or creation of a competing or derivative product except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Third-party materials

Third-party software, platforms, trademarks, and services remain the property of their respective owners and are governed by their own licenses and terms.

Copyright concerns

Questions or good-faith infringement notices may be sent to admin@healthtrailbook.com. Include enough information to identify the material and explain the concern. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, journal contents, or medical attachments.
