Terms of Service

Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern use of Health Trailbook. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.

Personal journal; not medical care

Health Trailbook records and organizes information supplied by you or imported with your permission. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, monitoring, treatment, emergency response, or guaranteed device accuracy. Review entries and reports for errors before relying on or sharing them. For urgent symptoms or emergencies, contact emergency services.

Your account and content

You are responsible for accurate account information, a strong unique password, safe devices, exported backups, and authorized use. You retain ownership of your journal content and grant CPW Studio Co the limited right to process it only to operate, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

Health Trailbook’s original application code, website code, visual design, graphics, documentation, text, reports, product identity, and other materials are Copyright © 2026 CPW Studio Co. All rights reserved. Your journal content remains yours. Third-party software and services remain subject to their respective licenses. These terms do not grant permission to copy, publish, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative products from Health Trailbook except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, probe or bypass security, upload malicious or unlawful material, interfere with another account, or use Health Trailbook to provide regulated medical services without independent legal and professional review.

Subscription model

Health Trailbook uses recurring subscriptions with no one-time purchase. Web Only provides browser access for $2.99 monthly or $24.99 yearly and is billed through Stripe. Complete Access for Android and the web companion is planned for $4.99 monthly or $39.99 yearly after the Google Play release. The applicable seller displays local currency, taxes, authorization, receipts, renewal terms, and eligible refunds before purchase.

Subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term unless the seller or applicable law requires otherwise. Paid access may end after expiration, payment failure, refund, chargeback, or fraud review, but export and account-deletion controls will remain available. Price changes will be disclosed as required before a future renewal.

Availability and changes

We work to keep synchronization and recovery available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or permanent compatibility with every device or third-party service. Features may change for safety, legal compliance, platform requirements, or product improvement. Reasonable notice will be provided when a change materially affects stored data or paid access.

Termination

You may stop using Health Trailbook or delete the account at any time. CPW Studio Co may suspend access needed to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse, or address nonpayment or fraud. Account deletion is permanent subject to limited backup retention described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of medical accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular medical purpose. CPW Studio Co is not liable for medical decisions, emergency delays, third-party device errors, user-entered errors, lost user-controlled backups, or indirect or consequential damages. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
