Web Only subscriptions are available. Choose $2.99 per month or $24.99 per year with no one-time purchase. Complete Access for Android + web companion remains planned at $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year. Stripe Checkout shows applicable tax, local currency, and renewal terms before payment.

What each plan includes

Complete Access includes the Android app and web companion using the same account. Web Only includes the browser experience without Android-only features such as Health Connect, native biometric unlock, and native device integrations. Both plans include synchronization, reports, attachments, backup, and account controls while the subscription is active.

Billing and renewal

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Web Only subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Android Complete Access subscriptions are processed through Google Play. CPW Studio Co does not receive full card or bank details. The applicable seller shows the price, tax, currency, renewal date, and payment terms before purchase.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel through the seller that processed the subscription. Access continues through the end of the paid term unless the seller or applicable law requires otherwise. Canceling does not delete the account or journal; export and deletion controls remain available. Account deletion does not automatically create a refund.

Refunds

Refund eligibility and timing are governed by the applicable seller and law. For a Web Only subscription, begin with the Stripe-supported billing workflow linked from Health Trailbook. For an Android Complete Access subscription, start with Google Play order history. For unresolved questions, email support@healthtrailbook.com with the order number and purchase date. Do not send payment-card details or a password.

Availability

Web Only checkout is available from the Health Trailbook pricing page. Android Complete Access remains unavailable until the Google Play release and required testing are complete.
